The Hydeout Dog Training Center Policies

All dogs attending daycare must be in good health

All dogs attending daycare must be up to date on vaccinations and have current parasite preventatives on board

New dogs must attend a trial day before regular acceptance

If your dog has attended another daycare, we require a 10 day quarantine period before accepting them, this prevents passing diseases

Dogs over the age of 9 months who are NOT spayed or neutered may not be accepted into Day School

24 hours notice is required for day school cancellations, if you do not give notice, you will be billed for that day as it takes up a spot for another dog.

Sadly, day school is not for every dog, if found (by one of our employees) that your dog is not a good fit for our program (aggression, anxiety etc.) you will be refunded for the remainder of any days you have purchased

The Hydeout Dog Training Center reserves the right to accept and/or refuse the attendance of any dog at any point in time

Please leave an emergency contact number in case of injury or illness. If we can not contact you within an appropriate amount of time and the situation needs immediate care we will take your dog to the Animal Clinic Of Regina and all services will be billed to you

This is a very rare occurrence, we keep our staff highly trained to prevent injury as best they can and educated so they can attend to anything minor, should the need arise

The Hydeout Dog Training Center follows the privacy Act, by attending our daycare you agree to media release, i.e sharing Facebook photos. NO personal information of our clients will be shared

Please be aware that we may crate your dog temporarily, if necessary, throughout the day

We have a zero-tolerance policy for verbal, physical or emotional abuse of the staff and if we find this is an issue, you will immediately be dismissed as a client indefinitely

Training class refunds will be issued up to 10 days prior to the start of classes. Beyond that you may transfer your class to someone else. We understand that there are extenuating circumstances and we will make exceptions on a case by case basis

Membership packages are by the month and do not transfer over into the next month.
